Commitment to Service:

Same Day Shipping:   Orders for in-stock products placed by 3:30pm CT will be shipped that same day. Urgent purchase orders can be placed until 5:00pm CT for same day ship upon request.

Convenient Hours:   Our Customer Service is open from 7:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday for placing orders and technical assistance. Our Warehouse is open until 5:00 P.M. for will call, courier and common carrier pick-up.

Electronic Purchasing:   Connect to Duncan Co. via the Web around the clock to get a quote or place a new order. You can also place orders at Duncan Co. by E-Mail,  Phone, Fax, or U.S. Mail

Just in Time Delivery:   We will work with your scheduling and MRP systems to ensure the timely delivery of your critical production requirements. Good JIT performance starts long before the purchase order is placed.
